Refund Policy

Fayette Cares Inc. does not issue refunds once donations have been made.  As a donor you are responsible for understanding this upon making any donation on our site.

In the event that Fayette Cares offers tangible goods for sale on this site, refunds for such items will only be made for non-delivery of product or major defects. The defective item must be returned for a refund.  All refund requests must be made in writing and within 15 days of the purchase of the item and emailed to finance@fayetttecares.org or mailed to Fayette Cares, Inc. P.O. Box 326 Somerville, TN  38068.

In the event of purchases relating to registration for an event, refund requests must be made in writing and within 15 days prior to the start date of the event.  No refunds will be granted after that.  There are no refunds for no-shows.  All refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to finance@fayetttecares.org or mailed to Fayette Cares, Inc. P.O. Box 326 Somerville, TN  38068.
