Holiday Spirit Spreading at Fayette Cares

East-Jr-High-donates-to-Fayette-Cares IMG_4888The joyful sights and sounds of the holiday season are upon us. Creating memories and being with loved ones are what makes the holidays so special. We at Fayette Cares see the holiday season as the time we can touch the lives of those in need with Christmas Caring efforts. We desire that our community play a special part. 

You can help by donating the most needed food items including:

  • Canned meats (tuna, chicken, ham, and salmon.)
  • Canned chili and ravioli
  • Evaporated milk
  • Cereal/Oatmeal/grits
  • 1 lb. bags of rice, instant potatoes, dry pasta and stuffing mix
  • Canned fruits
  • Cake mix
  • Macaroni and cheese
  • Peanut butter

You can also help by donating new toys for children 12 and under. Suggested items include musical toys, craft sets, educational games and handheld games. Please include batteries if required.

Please drop off your food and toy donations by Friday, December 4th at the Fayette Cares donation center, located at 13300 N. Main St., Somerville, TN, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.   You can help Fayette Cares offer hope, independence and lasting solutions to your Fayette County neighbors in need.
