Can I shop at the Fayette Cares Thrift Shop?
Yes! Yes! Yes! When you shop at a Fayette Cares thrift shop the money you spend helps support the work of Fayette Cares.
How can I help?
Donations! In addition to monetary donations, Fayette Cares receives in-kind donations such as clothing, housewares, food, and toys. We also need volunteers to help with year-round efforts as well as annual events including fundraisers and holiday giving. Contact us for additional information.
How many people do you help?
Annually approximately 1,400 people are assisted in their time of need.
Can you pick up my donation?
In the future we hope to be able to pick up donations but at this time donations need to be brought to the store during business hours. Click here for locations and hours of operation.
Are you a government agency?
Fayette Cares is not a government agency. Fayette Cares is a private, non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
How are you funded?
Fayette Cares receives financial support from public and private sources including individual donor gifts, private foundation grants, Fayette Cares thrift shop revenue, as well as local, state and federal government grants.
