Fayette Cares is proud to announce a return of the annual Golf Extravaganza Thursday, April 28th at Fair Oaks Golf Club in Oakland, TN. Golf enthusiasts are invited to enjoy a great charity event on a course recognized as the 2015 Public Golf Course of the Year by the Tennessee Turfgrass Association Conference and Tradeshow.
Players will be eligible for prizes in three flights, contests, awards and the opportunity to meet 8-Time World Long Drive Finalist Kyle Blakely. Blakely will offer a long drive challenge giving players a Hole-In-2 chance to win a trip to Pebble Beach valued at $5,000. The trip is a golfer’s dream complete with airfare, two nights at Pebble Beach Lodge, and three rounds of golf for two at Pebble Beach, Spyglass and Spanish Bay. This thrilling opportunity is being sponsored by long-time Fayette Cares supporter Memphis Contract Packaging/Softee.
The popular tournament holds morning and afternoon shotgun options. Morning teams will enjoy breakfast compliments of Huddle House of Oakland, TN, lunch from Coletta’s Italian Restaurant, dinner catered by Chef Joe Perdue of BancorpSouth, and discounted registration with a savings of $10 per player or $40 per team. Afternoon teams are invited to enjoy lunch and dinner. All registrations received by April 8th will have bonus savings, with morning registrations only $320 per team and afternoon $360 per team.
